manifest, and therefore every fingerprint in it, existed unchanged on the
manifest date.

WHAT THIS PROVES, HONESTLY
A timestamp proves EXISTENCE and INTEGRITY: these exact files existed on this
date and have not been altered since. It does not, by itself, prove the claims
